What You’ll Do:
- Plan and Execute: Select the right tools and plan layouts, assemblies, and welding processes.
- Precision Welding: Lay out, position, align, and fit components together accurately.
- Secure Components: Bolt, clamp, and tack-weld parts to hold them in position for welding.
- MIG Welding: Set up and use MIG welding equipment to weld aluminum parts with precision.
- Assembly Work: Assemble parts by bolting and riveting for durable, finished products.
- Repair and Restore: Dismantle, reshape, straighten, and reassemble products for repair.
- Collaborate and Adapt: Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and meet production goals.
Requirements:
- At least one year of professional welding experience
- Experience with MIG aluminum welding
- Ability to pass a weld test, background check, and drug test
- Ability to lift 50 to 100 lbs., stand for an entire shift and the ability to climb a step ladder.
Shifts available are:
Monday through Friday 7:30Am - 4:00PM
Monday through Friday 4:00 PM - 12:30AM
