Responsibilities:
The Configuration Manager is responsible for the following tasks:
- Lead all Configuration Management and Change Management effort across the program
- Develop Configuration, Change, and Documentation Management processes
- Maintain master library of all artifacts for the program
- Maintain control of the technical baseline and information about all sites/systems
- Track SW licenses and HW warranties for all sites/systems
- Work closely with the CyberSecurity team to ensure all material for the Risk
- Management Framework (RMF) is accounted for and tracked
- Work closely with the Equipment Specialist to ensure all deliveries are accounted for and tracked
- Facilitate Requirements and Release Configuration Control Board(s)
- Conduct quality control of delivered documentation to established standards
- Capture and track actions items as required
- Distribute material to team as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in Configuration
- Management of government or IT-based system.
- Clearance – US Citizen with a current, active SECRET clearance
- 5+ years of experience in Configuration Management of government or IT-based system
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Tools
- Experience with Life Cycle Systems Management
- Strong oral and written communication skills
