Position Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities across a variety of industries. Your expertise will help diversify our client’s portfolio beyond trade shows, leveraging cutting-edge digital printing, fabrication, and material capabilities—including metals, acrylics, plastics, and more. This role is crucial in positioning our client’s unique capabilities to new markets such as retail sales, general contracting, and other industries requiring high-quality display and fabrication solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diversify Sales Channels: Identify and secure opportunities in new markets, such as retail, general contracting, and custom display projects, utilizing the company’s wide range of fabrication and printing capabilities.

  • Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Solution Presentation: Present tailored solutions, including displays, window clings, light boxes, and other products, that meet specific client needs.

  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the sales process from initial contact and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.

  • Industry Insight: Leverage deep understanding of printing, fabrication, and materials to address gaps in current sales strategies and explore untapped markets.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry advancements, competitor activities, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.

 

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in digital printing is required.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with digital printing technologies and the ability to leverage fabrication materials such as metals, plastics, acrylics, and more.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex solutions in a compelling manner.

  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.

  • Results-Oriented: Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Innovation: Ability to identify gaps in current markets and successfully position unique solutions for untapped industries.

 

 

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000 (depending on experience)

  • Commission: On-Target Earnings (OTE) $200,000–$300,000
