Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in Quality Control, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies.
• Experience in the tradeshow industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Prior experience in shipping or logistics is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily production output to ensure all products meet strict quality standards.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance testing protocols to guarantee compliance with customer specifications and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with production teams to discuss quality control concerns and provide feedback or adjustments as needed.
• Manage the shipping process, ensuring timely dispatch of products and compliance with logistical standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality across all stages of production and shipping.
• Document quality assurance activities and generate reports on findings and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with customer service and sales departments to align quality control with customer expectations and feedback.
• Train and guide team members on quality control and shipping practices to enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality Control role within a relevant industry.
