Are you an experienced Sales Professional with a passion for the commercial printing industry? Interfuse Staffing partners with some of the leading commercial print companies in the U.S. to help them find talented sales representatives who can drive growth and build lasting relationships.

About the Role:
We’re actively building a national talent pool of exceptional Sales Representatives with experience in the commercial printing space. This is an opportunity to join one of our client companies (we have multiple openings across the U.S.), expand your career, and work with cutting-edge printing solutions – from digital and offset to large format and specialty printing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business and manage existing accounts within the commercial printing industry

  • Identify and close opportunities for offset, digital, large format, signage, or packaging solutions

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing

  • Achieve or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial printing sales (or closely related)
  • Proven success in hunter or account management roles within the print industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with a range of print solutions (digital, offset, large format, signage, etc.)

Location:
We’re considering candidates nationwide – many of our client companies have remote or hybrid opportunities, and are willing to discuss relocation or travel expectations depending on the role.

Compensation: Base depends on the opportunity, but is typically $50,000–$80,000/year + commissions.
