Mid-Market Account Executive

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals for our risk management software solutions. If you are competitive, motivated, and eager to hit (and exceed) sales targets, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the insurance and data solutions market.

  • Drive outbound activity through phone, email, and sales enablement tools to build a strong pipeline.

  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in Salesforce CRM.

  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

  • Consistently meet and exceed daily activity goals, quarterly quotas, and annual sales targets.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and consult with clients to understand their business needs.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on go-to-market strategies and client success initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of sales experience in software, SaaS, or related fields (insurance experience a plus).

  • Proven ability to generate leads, build pipeline, and close deals.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

  • Persistent, professional, and resilient under pressure.

  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and team-driven.

  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
