Role Overview:
As a Project Engineer. In this role, you will collaborate with seasoned engineers and architects to manage and design a variety of ambitious global projects. From inception through to completion, you will play a crucial role in every phase of project management and development within our multidisciplinary engineering firm.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license, or capability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
- At least 8 years of experience focusing on infrastructure development and project delivery.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design and modeling tools such as Civil 3D, HydroCAD, HEC RAS, and MicroStation.
- Experience in project management and client services is highly preferred.
- Background in working with the Department of Defense, US Army Corps of Engineers, Veterans Affairs, Department of Transportation, or municipalities is desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support all project phases, from schematic design through construction documentation and administration.
- Engage directly with clients to establish project requirements, concepts, and presentations.
- Coordinate project teams to ensure design intentions are incorporated into all documentation and construction phases.
- Create detailed design documents and calculations for various civil engineering projects.
- Assist in managing project deliverables, ensuring adherence to format, standards, and timelines.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis pertinent to project specifics.
- Produce comprehensive digital and hard copy documents aligned with client specifications and project timelines.
- Develop detailed plans for site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and other infrastructure elements using industry-leading software.
- Conduct site visits and validate site conditions and as-built documentation.
- Facilitate meetings with contractors for design clarification and construction oversight.
- Address and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert guidance to the project team.
- Participate in Quality Assurance reviews to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
