Aftermarket Sales Engineer - furnace OEM

Facilitate top line growth of our aftermarket product lines in North America. This to be accomplished through direct customer contact, and support of other sales team members. This is a technical, and high visibility position that requires outstanding communication and customer relationship skills. The position reports to the Director of Sales and will require some travel.

Duties:

• Provide quotations for furnace parts and service.

• Actively solicit sales of preventative maintenance contracts

• Follow up/ re-new existing contracts.

• Sales of controls upgrades.

• Assist other team members by providing quotations and sales orders.

• Assist with coordination of customer project scheduling.

• Interact with other divisions to provide customer with turnkey solutions.

• Maintain all opportunities in Hubspot CRM

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-year technical degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in metals heat treatment
• Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience
• Understanding and experience with furnaces and thermo-processing.
• CRM & ERP experience preferred.
• Literate in Microsoft office applications
• Passport Required
• Effective communications skills and the ability to work cohesively with sales, R&D, and engineering teams

Compensation: $90,000.00
