INDUSTRIAL FURNACE FIELD START-UP ENGINEER

Growing heat treat furnace OEM seeking FSE for start-up and commissioning of custom-built furnace equipment.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Design and builder of heat-treating furnaces and related handling equipment is looking for a permanent Field Start-Up Engineer.
• Applicant must be a self-motivated, self-starter with 5-7 years of field experience.
• Must be able to show strong background with PLC integration and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of heat theory manufacturing guides and combustion theories including burner systems a plus.
• Must be able to work with other design team members, customers and suppliers thru initial contact to start-up and completion.
• Must be available for travel foreign or domestic.
