Comm'l Heat Treat Maintenance
Family owned commercial heat treater with 50+ year history and booming business ISO seasoned maintenance manager to oversee PMs, repairs, troubleshooting, etc.
NECESSARY SKILLS:
1) Ability to troubleshoot and repair PLC controllers.
2) Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
3) Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
4) Ability to read schematics/blueprints.
5) Ability to weld on a variety of materials.
6) Excellent organizational skills.
7) Excellent communication skills.
8) Basic understanding of computer operation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1) Supervision of at least a two-man crew.
2) Lifting 50-75 pounds.
3) Following PHT safety rules in all maintenance applications.
4) Standing for up to eight hours a day.
5) Ability to wear a respirator (will be independently tested by PHT medical provider).
6) Ability to tolerate extreme heat (up to 120 degrees).
