Qualifications/Experience / Skill &Abilities:

• Electrical knowledge, PLC & basic welding, Fabrication and troubleshooting
• Ability to analyze data to confirm product specification
• Supervise Furnace Operators
• Hands-on leadership style
• Ability to train others in maintenance
• Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
• Great people and leadership skills; ability to influence
• Ability to solve problems and corrective action

Job Responsibilities / Essential Duties:

• Supervise continuous belt furnace maintenance
• Manage established maintenance programs
• Maintain product and equipment effectiveness
• Manage predictive preventative maintenance and safety
• Establish and maintain harmonious employee relations
• Participate in continuous improvement activities
