Primary Duties of Position:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to maximize sales growth with new customers and industries, and increase margins and overall profitability
- Continuously executes risk analysis and takes precautions to avoid or minimize the impact of risk in client relations, loss of business or loss of potential revenues/profit.
- Develops working plans for implementation of sales growth efforts in to new industries or corporations across the United States and Canada regions.
- Analyze revenue opportunities through collaboration with Technical R & D and Operations group.
- Creates effective strategies and implements counter competitive methods to grow market share.
- Conducts contract review of all new business opportunities and collaborates with Executive Management in the risk analysis of opportunities.
- Conducts cost analysis reviews of all new business revenue opportunities in collaboration with the VP of Business Development for North America.
- Provides sales presentations to clients.
- Prepares proposals including pricing, payment terms and other bid specifications within guidelines.
- Establish procedures for documentation of all analysis and paperwork used in the generations of each proposal. Insures the proper storage (including digital storage) of all records at each location or region under supervision.
- Prepares and negotiates contracts for approval within guidelines.
- Seeks the advice of local regional managers, technical service managers and VP of Business Development for North America.

Required Skills:
Ability to manage people and projects. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication skills and time management skills are a must. Must be able to work independently, with little to no supervision. Conscientious with attention to detail. Must be able to read and understand documents written in English, and be able to speak English as it pertains to the job. Fluency in the languages of other industrialized nations is a plus. Ability to identify problems or potential problems and take initiative to correct them. Advanced report writing skills. Moderate to advanced MS Word and Excel skills. Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills. Must be capable of effectively communicating with employees, supervisors, management teams, at clients and within assigned plants. Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Compensation: $90,000-$115,000
