The Role

As a Senior Product Manager (PM depending on experience), you will codify and operationalize product strategy informed by executive leadership, customers, and internal stakeholders. The scope includes continuous improvements in audience enrichment, email deliverability, and performance tracking; stewardship of deliverability outcomes with clients; and advancing the core Identity Graph to be the most accurate, scalable, and privacy-compliant system in market.
This is an IC role with broad cross-functional influence (no direct people management).

Location: Remote with preference for Central or Eastern time zones (C-suite is east coast based)

Key Responsibilities

1) Product Strategy & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Translate input from the CTO, COO, CEO, and cross-functional teams into a clear, data-driven product strategy and roadmap.

  • Balance business objectives, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

  • Ensure initiatives advance identity resolution, audience segmentation, and marketing performance.

2) Make the Identity Graph Best-in-Class

  • Improve accuracy, depth, and usability of probabilistic and deterministic identity resolution.

  • Partner with data science/engineering on graph algorithms, clustering, and AI-powered enrichment.

  • Source and evaluate new data partnerships and integrations to increase precision.

  • Maintain scalability and privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA).

3) Customer Feedback & Product Improvements

  • Run structured customer feedback loops (qualitative/quantitative) to surface pain points and opportunities.

  • Convert insights into scalable features; track retention, adoption, and engagement to guide development.

4) Deliverability & Performance Optimization

  • Co-own client deliverability and marketing performance outcomes (inbox placement, spam reduction, engagement).

  • Collaborate with email/CRM/adtech teams on best practices to lower bounces, complaints, and opt-outs.

  • Evolve capabilities in warm-up strategies, domain reputation, and AI-driven segmentation.

5) Roadmap Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align engineering, marketing, customer success, sales, and partnerships to a unified plan.

  • Drive timely delivery across development, QA, and release.

  • Expand integrations with ad networks, ESPs, and CRMs; contribute to API requirements and documentation.

6) Privacy Compliance & Data Integrity

  • Ensure all updates comply with GDPR, CCPA, and emerging regulations.

  • Partner with legal/compliance to anticipate changes that could affect capabilities.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Product Management: 5+ years in Product Management (7+ for Senior PM), with demonstrated ability to codify strategy from executive, customer, and internal inputs.

  • Domain: Experience in identity resolution, audience segmentation, email deliverability, or martech/adtech platforms.

  • Data-Driven: Mastery of feedback loops, adoption metrics, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Execution: Strong cross-functional delivery with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success; excellent PRD/user-story writing and backlog management.

  • Technical Fluency: Comfortable discussing APIs, data models, and integration patterns; analytics/SQL familiarity.

  • Compliance Mindset: Working knowledge of GDPR/CCPA principles and privacy-by-design practices.

Nice-to-Have (not required)

  • Familiarity with email deliverability tools, sender reputation, and ESP integrations (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailgun, SendGrid).

  • Exposure to AI-driven segmentation, graph databases (e.g., Neo4j), and real-time data processing (e.g., Kafka, BigQuery/GCP).

  • Experience integrating with ad networks, CRMs, and third-party data providers.

  • Startup/scale-up experience; comfort with ambiguity in remote, fast-moving environments.
