2. Making the Identity Graph Best-in-Class

  • Work with data science and engineering teams to refine graph algorithms, identity clustering methods, and AI-powered enrichment models.
  • Identify new data sources, third-party partnerships, and integrations to continuously improve the graph’s ability to resolve identities with precision.
  • Ensure that the identity graph remains privacy-compliant, scalable, and adaptable to evolving regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

3. Customer Feedback & Product Improvements

  • Regularly survey customers and gather qualitative/quantitative feedback to understand feature requests, pain points, and opportunities for product improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the product/engineering teams, ensuring feedback is translated into scalable solutions.
  • Monitor customer retention, feature adoption, and engagement metrics to guide product development.

4. Deliverability & Performance Optimization

  • Oversee client deliverability and marketing performance, ensuring that customers achieve high inbox placement rates and optimal audience targeting.
  • Work closely with email marketing, CRM, and adtech teams to develop deliverability best practices, reducing bounce rates, spam complaints, and opt-outs.
  • Ensure Revenue Roll’s platform continuously enhances email warm-up strategies, domain reputation management, and AI-powered segmentation.

5. Roadmap Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align engineering, marketing, and customer success teams around a unified product vision and execution plan.
  • Ensure timely delivery of new features, integrations, and platform enhancements, optimizing workflow between development, QA, and release teams.
  • Work closely with sales and partnerships to expand integrations with ad networks, ESPs (Email Service Providers), and CRM platforms.

6. Privacy Compliance & Data Integrity

  • Ensure all product updates align with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations, making Revenue Roll a trusted solution for identity resolution and audience enrichment.
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to stay ahead of emerging data privacy laws that could impact the platform’s capabilities.
