The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Head of Technology Partnerships to architect and lead a next-generation ecosystem connecting data, platforms, and technology providers across the AdTech and MarTech landscape.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will design and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that expands the company’s integration network, enhances product capabilities, and drives new co-revenue opportunities with leading technology partners.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Ecosystem DevelopmentDefine and execute a global technology partnership strategy spanning data, marketing, and enterprise software ecosystems.
Create scalable frameworks for integrations, co-innovation, co-marketing, and channel enablement that deliver measurable impact.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver world-class integrations with leading platforms in automation, analytics, and customer experience.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to activate go-to-market initiatives that drive reach, pipeline velocity, and partner-led growth.
Build and lead the technology partnerships organization, hiring top talent and establishing operational rigor as the ecosystem scales.
Develop internal enablement programs, partner playbooks, and dashboards to track impact and ensure alignment.
Implement systems and tools (e.g., PartnerStack, CRM, and ecosystem management platforms) to manage the full partner lifecycle efficiently.
Identify, negotiate, and operationalize high-impact alliances across APIs, data sharing, and product integrations.
Serve as executive sponsor for key strategic relationships, driving innovation and long-term collaboration.
Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events, panels, and summits, showcasing the platform’s collaborative vision.
Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure integration success, partner-driven pipeline, and ROI.
Use data-driven insights to refine the partnership portfolio and guide future investments.
Stay at the forefront of emerging trends—privacy, AI-driven personalization, and open data ecosystems—to inform strategy and execution.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience leading technology partnerships, business development, or ecosystem strategy within AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or data-driven B2B environments.
Proven success in building and scaling partner programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Deep understanding of data and marketing technology stacks, APIs, privacy frameworks (GDPR/CCPA), and integration workflows (CDPs, ESPs, DSPs, analytics, eCommerce).
Strong commercial instincts with exceptional negotiation and executive-level relationship-building skills.
Analytical and data-driven decision-maker, skilled in leveraging CRM and performance dashboards.
