About the Role
The Head of Partnerships will architect and lead a next-generation ecosystem connecting technology, data, and agency partners across the marketing landscape. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will define and execute a global partnerships strategy that accelerates market penetration, enhances product capabilities through integrations, and unlocks new co-revenue channels with leading companies in the AdTech and MarTech space.
The role oversees a growing partnerships team—including a Director of Agency Partnerships—while driving all strategic technology alliances personally. This leader will build scalable programs that expand the company’s reach and influence through integrations, co-marketing initiatives, and ecosystem collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Ecosystem Growth
Define and execute a global partnership strategy across technology, data, and agency ecosystems.
Develop scalable frameworks for integrations, co-marketing, referral, and channel programs that drive mutual growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to deliver meaningful integrations with major data, automation, and digital-experience platforms.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to design go-to-market activations that amplify reach, accelerate sales velocity, and deepen customer engagement.
Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
Lead and mentor the partnerships organization, including direct oversight of the Director of Agency Partnerships.
Develop enablement programs, playbooks, and performance dashboards that scale global success.
Ensure operational rigor through systems such as PartnerStack, CRM platforms, and ecosystem management tools.
Partnership Execution & Relationship Management
Identify, negotiate, and operationalize high-impact technical alliances across APIs, data sharing, and platform interoperability.
Serve as executive sponsor for key strategic partnerships, driving long-term collaboration and innovation.
Oversee agency partnerships, ensuring activation, enablement, and consistent value delivery.
Represent the company at major industry events, panels, and summits, serving as a visible ambassador of the brand’s collaborative vision.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Establish KPIs and dashboards to track partner performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Leverage data-driven insights to optimize the partnership portfolio continuously.
Stay current with AdTech/MarTech trends—AI-driven personalization, data privacy, and interoperability—to guide ongoing strategy.
Candidate Profile
8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel development, or business development within AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or data-driven B2B environments.
Proven success in building and scaling formal partner programs from inception to global scale.
Deep understanding of digital marketing technologies, data-privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA), and integration ecosystems (CDPs, ESPs, DSPs, analytics, eCommerce).
Strong commercial instincts with exceptional executive-level negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Analytical and data-driven decision-maker with CRM and performance-reporting proficiency.
Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and capable of thriving in a high-growth, fast-moving organization.
