About Our Client
Our client is redefining identity resolution and marketing optimization through AI-driven graph databases, real-time data processing, and advanced audience segmentation. Our system integrates with multiple data sources, including ad networks, CRM platforms, and third-party data brokers, to deliver unparalleled insights and optimizations for marketing campaigns.
We are looking for a Data Scientist with strong statistical expertise, experience in applying AI/ML to graph databases, and a deep understanding of the email and adtech business landscape. This individual will play a key role in refining our identity graph, optimizing data enrichment, and driving real-time decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI-Powered Identity Graph & Data Enrichment
- Develop and refine graph-based AI models to improve identity resolution, leveraging Neo4j and Cypher queries.
- Design and implement community detection algorithms to cluster identities into IDs.
- Optimize data enrichment pipelines using Kafka, REST APIs, and ETL workflows to integrate first-party, third-party, and real-time data streams.
2. Real-Time & Batch Data Processing
- Architect and optimize real-time data pipelines using Kafka and Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, GCS, Pub/Sub).
- Develop bot detection and fraud prevention models using IP tracking, fingerprinting, and behavioral data analysis.
- Enhance our client’s cookieless tracking framework to ensure accurate audience insights and engagement measurement.
3. Email & AdTech Performance Enhancements
- Build predictive models to improve email deliverability, leveraging clickstream data, consumer attribute analysis, and subdomain warm-up strategies.
- Collaborate with engineers to implement Google Tag Manager and JavaScript-based tracking solutions for client-side data collection.
- Optimize dynamic audience creation for retargeting and personalized landing pages based on user traits and intent signals.
Key Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Graph Database Expertise: Strong experience with Neo4j, Cypher queries, and applying AI/ML models to graph data.
- Big Data & Streaming: Proficiency in Kafka, BigQuery/GCP, ETL pipelines, and real-time data ingestion.
- AI & Machine Learning: Familiarity with community detection, clustering, and consumer segmentation techniques.
- Programming Languages: Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch), SQL, and JavaScript (bonus if experience with Google Tag Manager).
- AdTech & Email Analytics: Understanding of ad network integrations, email reputation management, and consumer segmentation strategies.
Business & Analytical Skills:
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, email deliverability, and adtech business principles.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies and improve engagement.
- Experience working with data brokers, third-party APIs (Experian, TransUnion, Verizon), and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in identity resolution, fraud detection, or behavioral segmentation.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms like Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Background in consumer behavior modeling and audience personalization.
