About the Role
The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading the company's go-to-market strategy, building a scalable outbound sales engine, and expanding partnerships with digital agencies. This role is ideal for a sales leader with proven success in the email deliverability or identity resolution space.

In this high-impact position, you’ll lead a revenue-driven sales team, shape outbound and partner-led motions, and work cross-functionally to accelerate growth. The ideal candidate brings a data-driven mindset, deep agency relationships, and experience with modern outbound tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Leadership & Strategy
    • Build, execute, and optimize the company’s sales strategy to meet aggressive growth targets
    • Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing outbound sales team
    • Partner with leadership on revenue forecasting and sales planning
    • Establish KPIs and implement systems to monitor pipeline health and conversion
  2. Outbound Systems & Execution
    • Own the outbound sales motion, including playbooks, sequencing, and campaign architecture
    • Leverage tools like Outreach, Apollo, or HubSpot to scale outbound prospecting and engagement
    • Ensure CRM hygiene and visibility into sales activities and funnel metrics
  3. Agency & Channel Partnerships
    • Expand relationships with performance marketing agencies, email strategy firms, and MarTech consultants
    • Create joint go-to-market programs and co-selling motions with key agency partners
    • Identify new partnership opportunities to extend market reach and revenue channels
  4. Cross-Functional Alignment
    • Work with marketing to align lead generation and outbound efforts
    • Collaborate with product and customer success to ensure feedback loops and customer satisfaction
    • Partner with executive leadership to refine pricing, packaging, and positioning
  5. Customer-Centric Growth
    • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive upsell and retention
    • Represent the voice of the customer internally to inform product and service enhancements
    • Ensure sales processes remain aligned with privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

Must-Have Skills & Experience
• 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 in a senior or head-of-sales role
• Domain expertise in email deliverability, identity resolution, or related AdTech/MarTech industries
• Proven success building and scaling outbound sales teams
• Deep experience working with digital or performance marketing agencies
• Strong command of sales enablement tools and CRM platforms

• Familiarity with email infrastructure, ESPs, or customer data platforms (CDPs)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills

Nice-to-Have Experience
• Experience selling in privacy-conscious environments
• Knowledge of paid media ecosystems and attribution modeling

• Strong preference for candidates located in New York, NY or Miami, FL
