About the Role
The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading the company's go-to-market strategy, building a scalable outbound sales engine, and expanding partnerships with digital agencies. This role is ideal for a sales leader with proven success in the email deliverability or identity resolution space.
In this high-impact position, you’ll lead a revenue-driven sales team, shape outbound and partner-led motions, and work cross-functionally to accelerate growth. The ideal candidate brings a data-driven mindset, deep agency relationships, and experience with modern outbound tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Must-Have Skills & Experience
• 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 in a senior or head-of-sales role
• Domain expertise in email deliverability, identity resolution, or related AdTech/MarTech industries
• Proven success building and scaling outbound sales teams
• Deep experience working with digital or performance marketing agencies
• Strong command of sales enablement tools and CRM platforms
• Familiarity with email infrastructure, ESPs, or customer data platforms (CDPs)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
Nice-to-Have Experience
• Experience selling in privacy-conscious environments
• Knowledge of paid media ecosystems and attribution modeling
• Strong preference for candidates located in New York, NY or Miami, FL
