Our client is an innovative start-up at the forefront of Machine Learning and Computer Vision technology, revolutionizing the retail industry through cutting-edge solutions.
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to join our Product team and drive the strategic development of our next-generation Machine Learning platform through Computer Vision technologies. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical bridge between Sales and Engineering ensuring that industry needs and client feedback directly fuel product innovation and excellence. A successful Principal Product Manager will lead global platform roadmaps and proactively align our product roadmaps with how B2B companies can integrate these technologies into their operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, translating real-world needs into actionable product requirements.
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to gather insights, identify pain points, and inform the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, prioritize feature development, and maintain alignment between product goals and execution.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate a clear product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
- Identify market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to shape strategic product decisions.
- Define and track key success metrics for products and features, adjusting strategy based on results and feedback.
- Represent the product and the company at industry events, client meetings, and partnership discussions as needed.
- Foster a strong feedback loop between customers, sales, and engineering to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a track record of successfully leading complex, high-impact products from concept to launch, preferably in retail or manufacturing industries, or platforms serving Enterprise businesses.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or adjacent technologies is essential.
- Retail or POS experience is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical details into customer-friendly narratives and vice versa.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between Sales/Marketing and Engineering teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment.
Compensation: 175,000
