Ideal background:

• Master’s degree in HCI, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Linguistics, or similar.

• 4+ years of experience designing conversational interfaces.

• Experience mentoring others in conversational AI.

• Hands-on work with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
