The Role
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a holistic marketing strategy with a strong focus on product marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing, and performance marketing. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in healthcare technology and AI-driven software products, who can build and scale marketing programs that resonate with healthcare providers, payers, and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
Product Marketing: Craft compelling messaging and positioning for AI-powered healthcare solutions, translating technical capabilities into marketable benefits.
Growth & Performance Marketing: Drive lead generation, conversion, and customer retention through data-driven campaigns across multiple channels.
Event & Conference Marketing: Lead marketing efforts for tradeshows, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads.
Digital Marketing: Oversee content marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media, and social media strategies to maximize engagement and brand awareness.
Go-To-Market Execution: Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
Analytics & Optimization: Measure campaign effectiveness, analyze key performance indicators, and optimize strategies based on data insights.
Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in marketing leadership, with a focus on product marketing and growth marketing in the healthcare or AI software industry.
Proven success in launching and scaling AI-driven healthcare solutions and developing go-to-market strategies.
Expertise in performance marketing, demand generation, and digital marketing strategies.
Strong background in event marketing, including tradeshows and conferences, with experience driving lead generation and brand awareness.
Ability to translate complex AI/ML healthcare technologies into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce).
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and inspire a marketing team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, particularly in healthcare technology and AI-driven solutions.
Deep understanding of healthcare compliance, regulations, and payer-provider dynamics.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and performance optimization.
