IQ Clarity has a client in the North Dallas area that is looking to hire an experienced, hands on Software Engineering Manager.

This position will be very hands on with software development (Primarily C#, .Net).  

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain internal software applications using C#.

• Actively lead and manage a small in house development team.

• Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance monitoring.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and software roadmaps.

• Oversee IT application infrastructure including Microsoft SQL Server, Salesforce, Sys2k, and Microsoft 365.

• Drive Agile development, manage project planning and execution.

• Coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and support ERP integrations.

• Provide user training and support.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on C# development experience.

• 3+ years in a software leadership role.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Studio, and git.

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery is a plus.

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, preferred.

• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Must be willing to work onsite and occasionally travel (<1%).

This role requires a working manager who codes daily while providing leadership and strategic direction. And will be onsite Monday-Friday.  Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder
