Client Partner - Financial Services

Overview:

A fast-growing digital consultancy is seeking a passionate and results-driven Client Partner to support the expansion of their Financial Services practice. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on new business acquisition, account growth, and leading strategic delivery initiatives. You'll work with a diverse mix of clients—from emerging FinTech startups to established financial institutions—delivering digital transformation and consulting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a $3–$5M client portfolio within your first year.

  • Partner with sales and marketing to define and execute go-to-market strategies.

  • Lead client engagements, ensure satisfaction, and build long-term relationships.

  • Scope and secure Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).

  • Manage account forecasting, pipeline development, and reporting.

  • Provide mentorship to junior team members and collaborate on account strategy.

  • Build pursuit and delivery teams to drive client solutions from lead through close.

  • Serve in a billable capacity on key projects (up to 50% utilization).

  • Oversee account operations, team performance, and internal communications

     

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years in a client leadership role within a consulting environment focused on Financial Services.

  • Deep understanding of financial sector challenges, systems, and partners.

  • Proven track record of growing accounts and meeting revenue goals.

  • Strong executive presence; skilled in building relationships with C-level stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex sales and service engagements.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative, team-first approach.

  • Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced, and evolving environment.

     

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $170,000 – $225,000

  • Bonus: Performance-based bonus
