WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Besides the repairing of power tools in a timely manner, you’ll have to book out parts from the packaging department by communicating with the department controller as well as your own. You will have to check warranty dates when necessary and give regular feedback to the customer and/or your controller. Reports should be sent to management on a regular basis and monthly claims should be submitted. You will need to attend to all customer queries and make sure they are satisfied with your service before finalizing the case. All paperwork should be done according to policies. Needless to say, it will also be expected of you to always keep your work area neat and tidy, which will ensure efficient work for both you and your team members.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
A Matric Certificate (Grade 12) and basic Microsoft knowledge are essential for this position. We also expect you to have minimum 1-2 year experience in a similar position.
Previous experience on the Kerridge (K8) system, will be an advantage.
