DAILY ACTIVITIESüAttention todetail.
üConduct the best practice auditing techniquesand improve recording and evaluation systems to the highesttrends.
Evaluate quality of work completed and identify if the customers faults have been repaired.
üLeadership, objectively addressingnoncompliance.
üHave the ability to make decisions, to work independently within the teamenvironment.
üKnowledge of ELSAPRO, ASQ, Repair processes,TPI’s DISS
üAbility to control the entire QC and Gate 2process.üInspect an verify the repair instructions on the Job Card confirm the repair report on theback of the job card and test drive wherenecessary
üMust be able to adhere to Quality gate 2 processes.
üEnsure Job cards are correctly completed,the repair instructions and repair reports must comply with OEMstandards
üReport deviations from correct standards,staff not working to correct standards must be addressed withmanagement
üRandomly check five cars daily on the following standarditems:
üFluid levels, Oil levels, torque wheels,tyre pressures, spare wheel andlights
üDo Ghost audits by Installing 2 faults oncea week in ghostcars
üConduct the best practice auditing techniques and improve recording and evaluationsystems
to the highest trends
Grade 12 with mathematics.
MINIMUM PERIOD OF EXPERIENCE/TRAINING
5 years in a Motor vehicle service department–
Computer literacy and administration skills Preferably 3 Years as a qualified artisan, previous experience in quality control
