External Sales Representatives

This role is responsible for building market position by introducing and promoting all brands to end-users and facilitating the sales process with internal and external sales points.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Besides promoting product ranges convincingly to all sections of the market, you’ll also have to conclude sales and deals effectively in the best interest of the company.
- Make appointments to meet clients daily and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
- Advise customers on specials, new products, price increases and decreases.
- Process customers’ orders and follow-through, resolve complaints and create solutions.
- You’ll also have to keep merchandising material relevant and up to date.
• Demonstrate specific industry related products to end-users, when required.
• Report to superiors on a weekly basis.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- Grade 12 certificate
- 3+ Years of sales experience
- Willing to travel
