Project Coordinator/Administrator

We are looking for a person to provide support and professional services relating to the delivery of board appraisals and other ad-hoc services within the Governance and Corporate Services Department. The suitable candidate will be required to provide project coordination and administration for the mentioned portfolios.


  • High standard of communication in both verbal and written Business English
  • Excellent customer service
  • Good numerical and/or accountings skills – role requires project costing and checking of data
  • Advanced level of PC literacy and the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • The ability to self-manage and good time management skills
  • High standard of record keeping and administration
  • Understanding of project management methodology and use of Gantt charts.
  • Ability to mitigate project risks
  • Familiar with online survey tools and/or similar technology

The educational requirements are as follows:

  • Matric (non-negotiable)
  • Tertiary qualification ( degree, Project Management, or equivalent.)
  • Postgraduate qualification or working towards a postgraduate qualification will be preferred
