ENGINEERING COMPANY- KEMPTON PARKSpecification•Supervision of the telesales team, including but not limited to definition of daily and monthly KPIs, organisation and streamlining of call cycles, controlling and measurement of team and activities.
•Definition and implementation of measures to exhaust customer potential, such as equipping the team with monthly and weekly specials, promotions, focus products and call tactics.
•Expansion of the team, employee selection and recruitment.
•Ongoing training and employee development in form of weekly meetings (recap and short analysis, sharing of best practice, coaching…) as well as organisation of regular product update and ongoing sales training.
•Monthly reporting of key figures and analysis.
•Participation in budget, sales and planning meetings.
•Co-operation and regular exchange, especially with colleagues from all other customer contact points to ensure multichannel strategy is implemented.
•Participation several projects and campaigns, such as international zero reactivation campaigns, RW workout week, Black Friday, international telesales conference, etc.Requirements•Matric/equivalent
•Completed tertiary education in the field of Sales, Marketing or Business Administration will be beneficial
•Several years of experience in Sales, Sales Administration or Telemarketing
•Experience in leading a team or completed Learn-to-Lead with excellent leadership skills
•Fluent in English and a minimum of 1 other official South African language
•Excellent communication skills
•Analytical and target-driven
•Candidates must reside in the relevant area or be prepared
