Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing company, is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join their team in Houston. This is a high-impact role supporting complex technical sales within an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities
Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and operational challenges
Design and present customized solutions aligned with client needs
Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and onsite consultations
Support proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations
Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure successful delivery
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales within manufacturing or industrial sectors
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, or industrial systems
Proven ability to support and close complex, solution-based sales
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel as needed to support client engagements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred
