You'll partner closely with job seekers, diving deep into their professional backgrounds, aspirations, and preferences to proactively identify and secure opportunities that resonate with their career goals. Your expertise will turn the traditional job search process on its head, creating a personalized, supportive journey for each candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with job seekers, becoming their trusted advisor and advocate in the job market.
  • Leverage your understanding of the candidates’ skills and goals to identify and secure job opportunities that align with their aspirations.
  • Develop and maintain a dynamic pipeline of eligible job posts for your client.
  • Assess job postings to ensure they meet the clients criteria and potential for success.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering guidance and answering questions throughout their job search journey.
  • Achieve daily targets relating to job postings and applications processed.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred, showcasing your commitment to learning and professional development.
  • Exceptional proficiency in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities seamlessly.
  • Innate interpersonal abilities, with a genuine passion for connecting with and supporting others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, demonstrating your ability to navigate and utilize software to enhance productivity.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding quotas, showing your dedication to achieving goals.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, indicating your understanding of the job market and talent acquisition strategies.
