De Novo Planning Group is a small and growing California-based environmental planning firm, currently expanding into Southern California. Their unprecedented growth has created a need for a Planning Services Practice Leader to open, anchor and lead a brand new office in Southern California's Inland Empire!

This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on planner who takes great pride in what they do to set their own career path, and to establish/lead/grow your practice just as you envision it. Your technical expertise will be in either CEQA or long-range planning, and focused on either public or private development.

You’re a strong doer who takes pride in your work, who also has excellent people-skills to lead your team with, oversee work production and grow the firm into a new geographic area. Your work ethic, client-orientation, and appetite for challenge and variety will be rewarded with De Novo's performance-based compensation and equity buy-in programs!

The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 - $190,000 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. This can be subject to change based on specific candidate qualities and what you're able to bring to the team.
