Summary

Our marketing team is responsible for partnering with sales to drive brand recognition and revenue for the company. In addition, we execute campaigns using digital channels including email, SEM/SEO, Social Media, ABM and other channels. We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Web and Digital Marketing Director to lead the team and be responsible for defining, implementing and managing the overall company's web and digital marketing strategies to drive revenue for the business. Web and Digital marketing strategies are extremely important for our company's success, so your role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives. We are expecting this leader to have prior experience in developing and executing web strategies testing strategies, and developing and pitching ideas for innovation and optimization that will take our lead generation to the next level. Reporting directly to a President or VP.

Typical Duties

  1. Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy to build Corporate, Subsidiary and Product Revenue and Brands.
  2. Develop a web strategy and roadmap to drive and optimize demand from all websites and microsites
  3. Manage and train the team/vendors; identify gaps and ensure organization is built for scale
  4. Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices; identify and prioritize innovations
  5. Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels
  6. Work with the team to develop HubSpot processes that improve automation, workflow
  7. Drive strategic recommendations for campaigns, in coordination with integrated marketing team
  8. Define and measure ROI and KPIs
  9. Prepare and manage web and digital marketing budget
  10. Oversee all the company's social media accounts
  11. Measure and manage online content, work with stakeholder to ensure content is compelling and effective
  12. Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysis
  13. Build inbound marketing plan
  14. Organize and lead digital marketing team/vendors
  15. Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
  16. Develop strategy for integrating acquired company websites to optimize performance
  17. Partner with sales and others outside of marketing including executive team to share progress and results
  18. Develop strong relationships and partner with integrated marketing, operations, content strategy and others in marketing to drive most effective results for digital and web Digital Marketing Director requirements

Typical Requirements:

  • Prior experience developing and managing the web strategy for a B2B and B2C Healthcare company focused on lead generation via the web with proven results; Preferred to have Therapeutics, Diagnostics, Nutritional Supplement experience
  • 10 years of experience as a Web Marketing Director or Digital Marketing leader for a Public Healthcare Company
  • 10 years of experience in developing and implementing web and digital marketing strategies for a Public Healthcare Company
  • In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and HubSpot software
  • Basic knowledge of web design procedures
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • BA required; Preferred MBA
