IT company providing managed services designed to improve efficiency, productivity and profitability to our clients. By creating strategic solutions for our clients, we provide them with services that help their business succeed. Currently, they have an immediate opening for a Project Manager to provide support by implementing and monitoring projects and systems.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop project plans, goals, and budgets
  • Understand overall project objectives, as well as the role and function of each project team member
  • Ensure the project objectives and requirements are clear and agreed upon by all team members
  • Coordinate delivery and installation of technology that meet quality assurance standards
  • Assist project team in design and development tasks
  • Organize and manage all phases of projects to ensure on-time completion with budgetary requirements
  • Drive problem investigation and resolution as required
  • Ensure risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated and that projects are delivered successfully through to production
  • Design and maintain technical and project documentation

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to resolve complex technical problems with limited oversight
  • Ability to meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a team setting including being flexible to changing demands
  • Excellent and concise written communication skills
  • Passion for interacting with clients
  • Self-motivated to deliver exceptional results on assigned projects
  • Ability to manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations
  • Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to varied individuals at all organizational levels
  • Understanding of diverse computer systems and networks including virtual servers, Microsoft operating systems, and remote support environments
  • Experience leading technology and infrastructure projects (i.e. server migrations, infrastructure builds, software conversions/upgrades, database creation/migration projects, etc.)
  • Experience with MS Office 365 and Azure
  • Knowledge of ConnectWise and previous MSP experience a plus
