Account Manager – Workplace Technology Innovation

J Harlan Group is currently conducting a search for an Account Manager – Workplace Technology Innovation for a Global Investment Bank in NYC.
Based in New York as part of a global team you will work lead technology innovation in the workplace in partnership with the Building Service Division.
The firm takes pride in providing a state-of-the-art workplace both physical and digital to ensure employees have all the tools that they need to be effective in their roles.
In this role, you will play an integral part in the planning and delivery of workplace related projects including office builds, digitization of processes and new application onboarding.
You will be working closely with the global core delivery team and key stakeholders in the Americas/EMEA region including COOs and the Building Services Division leadership team to ensure that the Global Workplace Innovation team captures user requirements, acts on feedback, and delivers workplace technology commitments across the business groups.
You will act as a consultant - researching and presenting options to solve and continuously evolve the way they work for example there is big focus right now on hybrid working, meeting room technology and digital marketplace.
You will have oversight of all workplace related applications such as Building Management Systems and collaboration tools to ensure platform risks are mitigated and user adoption / feedback are reviewed.
In this role you will also manage staff supporting the guest relations audio visual space and events.
