J Harlan Group is currently conducting a search for an experienced and highly motivated Director of Finance, at a prominent NYC Private Equity - Investment Manager.

The Director of Finance will be a pivotal member of their leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial functions, including tax, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and financial reporting.
This individual will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will ensure the integrity of their financial practices, drive strategic financial planning, and support the firm’s growth and profitability goals. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in financial management, an understanding of tax regulations, and a proven ability to lead complex financial functions.

The estimated salary range is $175,000-$250,000 plus employees may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation award. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
