J Harlan Group is currently conducting a search for a Workday Financials - Associate at a prominent NYC Private Equity organization.
The Workday Financials Administrator will be a significant contributor in enabling the firm’s vision and helping the organization to grow and improve their businesses.
An exciting opportunity to join the firm’s Technology team responsible for setting the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of major Workday HCM & Finance projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
–The Workday Financials Administrator will be responsible for assessing and responding to user requests for product or service support and identifying, recommending, and presenting possible solutions for user requests in support of the Workday system, with specific focus on the firm’s Financials module. This person will also assist with interpreting business requirements to develop, maintain, and/or modify changes to the firm’s Workday environment. The Workday Financials Administrator will perform application administrative functions, operational configuration changes as well as minor system development and integration. This position will also manage change requests, issues, and defects. The Administrator will resolve inquiries pertaining to the functional or work-flow operation of end-user requests. This person will also review Workday product releases in advance of go live and recommend capabilities that the firm should implement as it relates to Workday Financials. The Administrator will also collaborate with the Automated Test Team for developing and executing regression tests for the firm’s Kainos Smart implementation.
