Corporate Transactional Pitches & Pursuits Manager

Working in pursuit of the firm’s clear vision and strategy, our client is adding a new position to its Marketing & BD team to focus on effectively managing high-value pitch and pursuit opportunities across multiple time zones for their global Corporate Transactional practices.

The Marketing & BD team is well-established and at the forefront of many of the activities associated with achieving broad strategic goals, and is seeking a Manager to join the team who will enjoy working across the firm to collaborate and push the agenda forward. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that pitch materials are consistently client-focused, compliant, and easy to evaluate;
  • Working to identify compelling new ways to improve final pitch product and existing processes;
  • Coaching pitch teams and conducting post-pitch evaluations;
  • Continuously looking for new areas of growth and help in developing strategy for further pursuits in the practice.

We are seeking candidates who have proven experience in strategic and bespoke proposal generation in a fast-paced professional services environment with a specific focus on corporate transactional subject matter who have confidence and excellent interpersonal skills. Strong influencing and persuasion abilities are required.
