Calibrate has been retained by an Am Law 100 firm to recruit a Practice Manager to join in their Washington, DC (preferred) or New York office. The Practice Manager will work alongside Division and Practice Group leadership to develop and execute on strategic initiatives. They will be responsible for leading the strategic planning process for assigned legal Divisions, its Practice Groups and Sub-Practice Groups. The Practice Manager will lead the functional teams that directly support the operations, administration, and compliance of the assigned legal Divisions.
High-level key responsibilities include:
Leading the strategic planning initiative for the Division and its Practice Groups;
Analyze and synthesize data to develop strategic solutions related to pricing, matter scope, and staffing;
Partnering with Business Analysts to synthesize data for operational impact, process improvement and practice effectiveness to drive cross-functional business opportunities; and

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years’ experience with at last three years in a managerial role; those who are PMP certified are highly desirable.
