Calibrate has been retained by a highly-regarded law firm to recruit a Manager of Legal Talent & Inclusion (“Manager”) to join the firm’s Atlanta office. The Manager will play a critical leadership role in the firm's strategic growth plan by recruiting and retaining highly talented and diverse legal professionals to meet the current and future business needs of the firm. The Manager should be proactive, forward thinking, and a force for change that will facilitate growth and foster inclusivity. The primary responsibilities will be centered on the following:

To be considered, candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience with demonstrated expertise in legal recruiting, implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives, and overseeing ongoing professional development, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting. During the interview process, candidates must demonstrate their ability to think and act strategically and creatively and be able to articulate past successes.
