JOB SUMMARY:

Hotel Sales Administrative Assistant position will assist the sales and catering team with customer service and technical responsibilities to achieve sales and marketing goals. The role is an administrative position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administrative duties including typing filing answering calls, making outbound calls
  • Support the sales team
  • Maintain a good relationship with the existing customers
  •  
  • Handling a high volume of customer inquiries while providing a high quality of service to each caller
  •  
  • Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
  • Speaking with customers using clear and professional language
  • Communicating any sales related issues with customers
  • Accurately analyzing and assessing statistical data
  • Additional responsibilities as needed by sales and catering team
 

 

Requirements:

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Clerical - Typing Filing, phone interaction
  • Great communication skills
  • Marketing skills - work or education
  • Professional demeanor and attitude
  • Prior Administrative Assistance roles
