Account Manager

_Primary Purpose

Our Customer's Accounts team drives growth through adding value to our clients. The

Account Manager will be responsible for proactively and strategically offering new ideas and services. They will also strengthen existing relationships through care and delivering on client goals with exceptional creative work. Internally, the Account Manager serves as the super-glue on cross-functional teams to serve account needs.


_ Understand the full spectrum of services that Brand Apart offers and be able to grow client relationships in a thoughtful and consultative way.

_ Consistently and proactively provide client partners with new ideas and thinking that further their business goals based on an understanding of their needs

_ Win trust with your clients through delivering exceptional creative and strategic work

_ Be the Internal champion for our client’s goals as well as the Brand Apart advocate representing our work to the client

_ Meet regularly with Account team to provide feedback and strategic recommendations to clients

_ Keep Strategic Account Plans up to date and reflective of opportunities identified for our client partners

_ Manage daily logistical needs of clients and projects to ensure all deadlines are met or exceed

_ Consult with team leads to develop proposals and timelines to present to clients

_ Ensure all deliverables are clearly specified, scoped and agreed between client and team

_ Clearly convey the process and work plan to clients and team

_ Keep the team current with critical information, and filter effectively

_ Work closely with team and project leads to ensure all deliverables are in line with client goals & expectations

_ Promote a unified and encouraging team environment among Brand Apart staff, contractors, creative partners, and vendors

_ Assist and manage other special projects as needed



_ Strong understanding of the creative process

_ Multi-disciplinary approach to solving problems

_ Strong critical thinking, interpersonal skills and verbal abilities

_ Effective time-management, excellent organization and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes

_ Ability to understand complex client requests and accurately reflect projects to internal teams

_ Ability to manage complex timelines, budgets and teams

_ Excellent communication skills
