Salesforce Architect

This is a great opportunity to join an industry leading global company. This role will complement the recent implementation of Salesforce and continue to grow to the evolving Salesforce landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that meet business needs while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Architect and implement custom Salesforce applications, API integrations, and enhancements using declarative tools, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other technologies.
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing guidance on technical design, development, and implementation.
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce solutions.
• Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies, and make recommendations for their adoption and implementation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer service, and IT, to align Salesforce initiatives with overall business strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of Salesforce processes and configurations to maximize efficiency and ROI.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and industry trends, and incorporate new capabilities into existing solutions as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience architecting, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions, preferably in a complex enterprise environment with a bachelor’s degree or 14+ years with no bachelor’s degree.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification highly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and App Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development, with hands-on experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience leading and mentoring technical teams in a collaborative Agile environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within established timelines.
