 Background Profile

  • The Executive Director – Sales and Client Support will manage and direct sales and client support across multiple locations in a fast paced, results driven environment with multiple projects and priorities. This role will also execute firm strategy to drive revenue growth and assist in opening doors to Sales opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, with emphasis in marketing or finance, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years’ experience in life and health insurance, reinsurance or finance experience is required.
  • 10+ years’ management experience, preferred.
  • MBA, FLMI or CLU is preferred.
  • Exceptional people management skills, demonstrating the ability to lead, mentor, and develop associates; including the ability to delegate key areas of responsibility.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
