Kelaca is looking for a Hi-Fi Audio Sales and Tech Support Associate for our client partner in Cary, North Carolina. As a crucial member of their team, you'll provide expert guidance, technical support, and exceptional customer service to individuals passionate about high-fidelity audio technology.   • Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with hi-fi audio equipment, providing guidance on optimization.
  • Tech Support Hotline: Offer remote technical support to customers, maintaining detailed records of interactions.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management and accurately process sales transactions.
  • Customer Service: Address inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Merchandising and Store Maintenance: Contribute to visual merchandising efforts and maintain a clean store environment.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a related degree is advantageous.
  • Passion and knowledge of hi-fi audio equipment and technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales experience preferred; technical proficiency required.
  • Customer-focused attitude and ability to lift audio equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Hours of Work in Office: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm

FLSA Exemption Status: Exempt
