KeyPoint Consulting is looking for a motivated, reliable IT Engineer to support. This person will have primary responsibility for desk side user support and will also be a part of the engineering team, assisting with design, maintenance, and troubleshooting as it pertains to IT solutions.


  • Provide courteous and timely response to calls and requests for support
  • Utilize ServiceNow to log, update and manage incidents and service requests
  • Provide support for common business applications such as Microsoft Office Products (O365), Citrix, Web browsers, Antivirus, and Oracle
  • Image, configure, and deploy PC and Mac computers
  • Perform Account Management functions utilizing Active Directory Manager
  • Install software and applications
  • Adhere to established processes and procedures
  • Strong communications skills and customer experience essential
  • Ability to multi-task between processing tickets, various project work, and working with equipment


  • 5+ years of technology experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Windows Workstation OS 7 and 10
  • Active Directory Users & Computers
  • Maintaining and upgrading computers utilizing SCCM, InTune
  • Providing user support on the phone and in person
  • Installing software and applications
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and incidents
  • Familiar with ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management ticketing systems
  • Mac experience
  • Knowledge of virtual machines (VMs)
  • Microsoft systems administration
  • Desktop support
  • Scripting (e.g., Powershell)
  • Network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
  • Network and systems monitoring dashboards (e.g., Grafana)
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Imaging
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
