Planned Maintenance Manager supports the operation of a plant with 15 lines, multiple value stream teams.
The Planned Maintenance Manager leads the team that is directly responsible for planned maintenance pillar activities, training and developing maintenance team and machine operators on theory of operation, and supporting the equipment needs of a plant that operates 24/7.
PM Managers are also responsible for coaching and developing the leadership team with priorities, coordination of work, execution and follow up of planned work.
In addition, the PM Manager is responsible for developing planned maintenance strategies that support safety, people engagement, quality, food safety, cost, reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5 years’ experience or 10 years’ related experience required.
10 years of cross functional leadership in food/beverage manufacturing required.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving experience with packaging and processing equipment required
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
Knowledge of OSHA, local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
