Great opportunity for a Speech Therapist with an established hospital in Porterville, California. 

  • Day shift - 5 – 8 hour shifts
  • For candidates with at least 3 years of experience.
  • We offer up to $4,000 relocation reimbursements for out of state and up to $2000 for in-state outside of a 50 mile radius from residence to hospital.

Under the supervision of the VP of Professional Services, the Speech/Language Pathologist delivers Speech Therapy to the patient in both hospital and out-patient settings.

Required Qualifications

For candidates with at least 3 years of experience.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology, or its equivalent, from a college program satisfying the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association's (ASHA's) academic requirements and practicum. Current ASHA certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech/Language pathology preferred or in the process of completing the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Current license for practicing Speech/Language Pathology in the state of California. Must have and maintain current BLS certification or obtain within orientation process, prior to hands-on patient care. Must follow AIDET and accepts reassignments and additional duties, when necessary, in a flexible and positive manner. Must maintain the department in compliance with rules and regulations set forth by governing agencies.
