Laine Recruiting has partnered with a leading law firm of nearly 300 attorneys that operates strategic offices located in the Northeastern United States and Toronto. They are seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Albany, Buffalo and/or Rochester offices to work in their Litigation Practice Area, specifically focusing much of their practice on Tort & Product Liability Defense.
Well-qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of experience. Experience in New York State and federal courts handling the defense of products liability, personal injury and professional malpractice actions is strongly preferred. Candidates must be licensed to practice in New York State.
The salary range for this role will likely be between $125-155k and there are also merit-based bonuses that can push total compensation into the $150-200k range. Attorneys also enjoy working from home 2-3 days per week as well as upward mobility throughout the firm.
