A fast-paced business equipment company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations & Team Manager to oversee service support functions, including dispatch, billing, installations, contracts, and dealer coordination.
This leadership role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency, delivering exceptional customer service, and preparing the organization for continued growth. The ideal candidate excels in team management, cross-functional coordination, and day-to-day problem solving, while aligning operations with strategic business objectives.Responsibilities:
- Team & Operational Leadership: Serve as the day-to-day decision-maker for team operations, ensuring alignment with customer satisfaction and service responsiveness. Proactively resolve bottlenecks and delegate strategically to support clarity and accountability.
- Recruitment, Onboarding & Training: Lead hiring efforts, onboarding, and cross-training to build a growth-ready and flexible team. Support internal capability development and foster a culture of operational excellence.
- Customer Experience & Escalation Oversight: Oversee escalation processes and support lines to ensure responsive and solution-oriented service delivery. Address service gaps and reinforce a customer-first mindset across internal teams.
- Support for Strategic Execution: Execute operational components of strategic initiatives, including technician logistics, future site launches, and system/process upgrades. Partner with leadership to align day-to-day functions with long-term growth plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (strongly preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing operations, service departments, or logistics functions.
- Familiarity with copier/printer or technology service industries is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with E-Automate and knowledge of contracts, dispatch, and support systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership, performance tracking, and operational execution.
