A growing ABA and behavioral health company is seeking an experienced In-House Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle and help build a strong team of clinicians, therapists, and support staff.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful work.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for clinical and administrative roles.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, networking, social media, and community outreach.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the company brand professionally throughout the hiring process.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize effectively.

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, job boards, and sourcing tools.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience (healthcare or ABA industry preferred).

• Familiarity with hiring practices for clinicians, therapists, or healthcare staff is a plus.

• Proven track record of successfully filling roles in a fast-paced environment.
