A growing ABA and behavioral health company is seeking an experienced In-House Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle and help build a strong team of clinicians, therapists, and support staff. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful work. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for clinical and administrative roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies. Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, networking, social media, and community outreach. Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the company brand professionally throughout the hiring process. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, job boards, and sourcing tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Requirements: 2+ years of recruitment experience (healthcare or ABA industry preferred). Familiarity with hiring practices for clinicians, therapists, or healthcare staff is a plus. Proven track record of successfully filling roles in a fast-paced environment.
